Un mondo di sogni disegnati

Poster created for the competition published by Bao Publishing and Lucky Red in collaboration with Studio Ghibli Italia. A tribute to the genius and creativity of Hayao Miyazaki, on the occasion of the release of his film “The boy and the heron” (2024).

With this image, I wanted to connect past and present, illustrating one of the first animated films of Studio Ghibli – my favorite, “Kiki – home deliveries” – and make a tribute to their latest creation, including a reference to the Boy and the Heron.

Kiki and a flock of elegant herons fly in the sky, as close as possible to the world of dreams.
